Official Rules – Tina's Cinco Fiesta Giveaway

1. Sponsor: The Giveaway is sponsored by Tina's Burritos, 2638 E. Vernon Ave., Vernon, CA 90058 ("Sponsor").
2. Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Entry Period: The Giveaway begins on April 23, 2025 at 11:59 AM Pacific Time (PT) and ends on May 2, 2025 at 11:59 AM PT ("Entry Period").

Alternatively, participants may enter by submitting their name, email address, and a short message indicating their desire to enter the giveaway via the entry form available at www.tinasburritos.com/registration
Limit one entry per person per platform. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.
5. Prize: One (1) winner will receive:

One (1) month supply of Tina’s Burritos shipped to their home address via expedited delivery.

Tina’s branded party swag (ARV: $40)
Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Prize: $250. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
6. Winner Selection and Notification: One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor on or about May 2, 2025 from among all eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified via direct message or email and must respond by 12:30 PM PT on May 2, 2025 to claim the prize. Failure to respond within the time specified may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Prize will be shipped via expedited delivery.
7. Odds: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
8. General Conditions: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.
9. Release and Limitations of Liability: By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, partners, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, or damage arising out of participation in this Giveaway or use of the prize.
10. Publicity Release: Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Giveaway constitutes entrant’s consent to Sponsor’s use of entrant’s name, likeness, photo, and/or hometown for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
11. Privacy: Any personal information collected during the course of the Giveaway will be subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy located at www.tinasburritos.com/privacy
12. Social Media Disclaimer: This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube. You understand that you are providing your information to the Sponsor and not to Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube.
13. Winner’s List: For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Tina's Burritos Cinco Giveaway, 2638 E. Vernon Ave., Vernon, CA 90058 by June 30, 2025.
